We undertake agreed concrete and infill works around lift installations, replacements and building alterations. Scope, dimensions and design responsibility are checked against project information before work starts.

• Localised concrete repairs and making good.
• Forming or reinstating floor slabs and structural infills.
• Coordination with the appointed designer, lift contractor and principal contractor.

How we work

We review drawings, interfaces, access and sequencing with the project team. Structural design, temporary works and approvals remain with the appointed competent parties unless expressly agreed otherwise.
