This includes forming structural openings, installing and repositioning lintels, carrying out concrete and slab works, core drilling, pocket chasing, shaft alterations, and making good to surrounding areas. All works are coordinated closely with lift engineers and site teams, helping to minimise delays, abortive works, and environmental impact caused by poor sequencing or temporary fixes.
