Eco2Passive undertakes firestopping and fire compartmentation works to maintain and reinstate the fire integrity of walls, floors, shafts, and service penetrations. All installations are carried out using tested and approved firestopping systems, installed strictly in accordance with manufacturers’ details and relevant standards.
We operate with a compliance-led fire safety culture, supported by recognised industry training, third-party certification, and active membership (BM Trada Q-Mark) of relevant professional and trade bodies. Our teams are trained in fire safety awareness, correct system installation, and on-site quality control, ensuring works stand up to inspection and audit.
Firestopping works are fully documented, including photographic records and clear handover information where required. By coordinating closely with lift engineers and other trades, we reduce rework, prevent unnecessary material waste, and ensure fire integrity is not compromised during sequencing of works.
